Kayla and Dbo are wonderful! Every time I come to wash my car they always say Hi and ask how my day is. For that reason alone I keep coming back! Their customer service is top notch! I love that Tsunami has towels and all purpose spray to use for no additional charge!

Just another Carwash, and not a very clean or well maintained one either. It’s definitely a nuisance for noise, litter, and traffic for folks that live in the neighborhood. As for the Carwash service, I’ve definitely experienced better locally. Tsunami express is a tier below Tommy’s or even Club Exec. It’s honestly disgraceful, and the land would’ve been better left as the abandoned church or just a vacant lot instead of this low-value eyesore. It’s so poorly designed that it has become a cesspool for the breeding of mosquitoes and waterfowl, because they rushed through the engineering and built a poorly made stormwater detention area that never drains and just fills with litter. Really poor reflection on Loves Park for letting this rinky dink establishment get permits.

Went to this car wash a couple weeks ago and the wash failed and hit my car and running boards. The worker on site said that this should not have happened and that a part of equipment should have retracted and didn’t. They said they would call me back the next business day and go over options but never did. I went there and they told me there was nothing they could do that they weren’t responsible. I have called their corporate number and they told me there’s nothing they can do if the store could not do anything. Very unhappy they didnt even refund my single wash. (I also have proof from the manger on how the wash malfunctioned)

I love this car wash! Oh the things you get excited about as an adult haha. Initially I looked at their prices and I was thinking they weren’t all that competitive. However, when you look at what is included, the price is unbeatable! PROS: The staff have all been friendly and helpful. Of course on the grand opening week they will try to sell you memberships, but if you say you don’t want to sign up yet they’re not pushy about it at all. When you’re through the wash, you’re guided to free vacuums. There’s one on each side of your car so you don’t have to stretch a hose to the opposite side of your car which is very convenient. They have powerful suction, too. Located on the vacuum poles, you’ll find a hanging basket with nice microfiber cloths and a basket below for the used cloths. There’s also two nozzles hanging off the cloth basket one for air detailing (to get the crumbs out of the crevices) and one for an all purpose cleaner. They have a free tire air machine and a mat washer (carpeted mats only). If you have car liner mats, just tilt your mats on the curb and use the nozzle with the all purpose cleaner. After you’re done, just used the air nozzle to dry them. CONS: The on
